General Labor Full-Time | On-Site Starting at $15/hour No experience required. Assist with material handling, production, cleanup, and general day-to-day tasks.
Skilled Labor
Full-Time | On-Site Starting at $20/hour We're looking for experienced workers with skills in framing, carpentry, construction, concrete, or related trades. Pay is based on experience and ability.
Production Workers
Full-Time | On-Site Help manufacture roof and floor trusses, handle materials, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.
Forklift Drivers
Full-Time | On-Site Safely move lumber, finished trusses, and other materials throughout our production facility and yard.
Sawyers
Full-Time | On-Site Operate cutting equipment to prepare lumber according to production specifications. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are important.
